Are your blanks laser-ready?
Our catalog is selected for laser engraving and other customization. Check each product's material and compatibility details, and always run a test on scrap first. See our laser engraving tips.
What materials do you offer?
Wood and MDF, hardwood cutting boards, and clear and colored acrylic. See the material guide.
Why doesn't my wood piece look exactly like the photo?
Every wood blank is cut from real wood, so grain pattern, knots, color and tone vary from piece to piece and from batch to batch. Your item will be the same product and size you ordered, but its grain and color won't match the photo exactly. Engraving can also look slightly darker or lighter depending on the grain it lands on. That's why we ask you to confirm this before adding a wood item to your cart.
Are dimensions exact?
Each product lists its nominal size. Sizes are approximate, and natural materials can vary slightly.
Will there be stickers or labels on my wood blanks?
No. We don't put stickers on the wood, so there's no residue to sand off before you engrave. Labels go on the packaging instead.
Ordering & pricing
Can I buy single units?
Yes. Most products come as a single unit and in multi-packs so you can test before you scale.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Custom engraved items get automatic discounts at checkout: 10% off 25+, 15% off 50+ and 20% off 100+ engraved items (the highest tier applies; discounts don't stack). Blank multi-packs are priced lower per unit, with no discount codes needed. See bulk pricing.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods available through Shopify Payments, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Can you cut a custom shape?
Custom cuts are coming soon. In the meantime we offer custom engraving on our blanks.
I have a large or unusual order. Who do I talk to?
For big runs, mixed items, or unusual sizes or materials, use our Complex Orders page. For standard orders, use the live engraving preview and check out directly.
What file types can I send?
SVG, DXF, PDF or PNG, up to 20 MB. Vector files (SVG/DXF) give the cleanest results.
Shipping & returns
Where do you ship from, and how fast?
We ship from Milledgeville, Georgia to the US and Canada, and US orders of $300 or more ship free. See Shipping Information.

Engraved and personalized means anything customized with the live preview or the Engraving Add-on. If your order has both plain blanks and engraved items, it ships together on the engraved timeline (7–10 business days). Orders that include engraved YETI® drinkware ship together on the YETI® drinkware timeline (10–15 business days).
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. Add the Rush Order add-on ($30) for 2–3 business day expedited production (shipping time separate).
Can I return an item?
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, reported within 7 days of delivery. Custom, engraved and personalized items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged. See Returns & Refunds.
